This policy is in place because we have agreements with hotels, airlines, and other partners that do not allow for refunds. This helps us offer you the best prices and the convenience of monthly payments for your vacation.

Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid travel documents. You MUST CHECK with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa agency to see if you need any visas or passports for your travel. Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted. There's a $200 fee for changes made before the final payment date and $250 plus any applicable vendor fees after the final payment date.

Late Payments: A $250 late fee per person applies after your final payment due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation if payment is delayed. All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final deadline.
