You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before December 19, 2026.

Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at info@blackfoodiestravel.com

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due Date, Travel Documents, Itineraries, and Travel Instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

Once your purchase your flight, you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the resort. A request for you to enter your flighting information into our database will be sent at a later time. Please note, if you are arriving or departing any time outside our trip dates of June 18, 2026 to June 22, 2026, you will be responsible for your transfer to and from the hotel.

Payments: All payments made to Richer Sun Travel, LLC d/b/a Black Foodies Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place because we have agreements with hotels, airlines, and other partners that do not allow for refunds. This helps us offer you the best prices and the convenience of monthly payments for your vacation.

Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid travel documents. You MUST CHECK with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa agency to see if you need any visas or passports for your travel. Remember, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Some countries also require a blank page in your passport for stamping. The provided travel information applies only to U.S. citizens; if you're not a U.S. citizen, please verify entry requirements for the countries you're visiting.

Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted. There's a $200 fee for changes made before the final payment date and $250 plus any applicable vendor fees after the final payment date.

Late Payments: A $250 late fee per person applies after your final payment due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation if payment is delayed. All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final deadline.
