Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 

Payments: All payments made to Richer Sun Travel, LLC d/b/a Black Foodies Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place because we have agreements with hotels, airlines, and other partners that do not allow for refunds. This helps us offer you the best prices and the convenience of monthly payments for your vacation.

Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to have valid travel documents. You MUST CHECK with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa agency to see if you need any visas or passports for your travel. Remember, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Some countries also require a blank page in your passport for stamping. The provided travel information applies only to U.S. citizens; if you're not a U.S. citizen, please verify entry requirements for the countries you're visiting.

Travel Insurance: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. In the world of travel, plans can change, but our ability to offer refunds does not. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to our contracts with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners who have their own non-refundable policies. We highly recommend you purchase travel protection. It's your financial safeguard against the unexpected, covering everything from trip cancellations to interruptions. For the most comprehensive protection, we suggest opting for a policy with "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage. Providers like Travel Guard and TravelEx are excellent options. Secure your travel investment with insurance and navigate your plans with confidence.

Seating: Airlines have full control over seat assignments. If flights are included with your travel package, our group tour seats are located in economy class.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.

Monthly Payments: Your reservation requires regular monthly payments. Your invoice will detail your payment schedule, which we recommend adding to your personal calendar to keep track of.

Account Access: You have 24/7 access to our client portal to view your account and reservations.

Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted. There's a $200 fee for changes made before the final payment date and $250 plus any applicable vendor fees after the final payment date.

Late Payments: A $250 late fee per person applies after your final payment due date. This fee is automatically added to your reservation if payment is delayed. All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final deadline.
